Our property owners association serves and protects the interests of 114 member residences and 164 total properties. We are a volunteer-run organization.
We're located in beautiful Hays County, Texas, approximately 15 miles south of Austin and 60 miles north of San Antonio. We are just minutes from the Plum Creek golf course and Negley Elementary, Barton Middle School and Hays High School, the Kyle pool, and Gregg Clarke Park. Within 30 minutes you'll find great restaurants and shopping, including the outlet malls in San Marcos and Southpark Meadows Shopping Center and Barton Creek Mall in Austin.
Our amenities include large lots with mature trees, a great family-friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood association, an oversized swimming pool and tennis and basketball courts.
