       The MWPOA is a now a mandatory property owners association.   ​

​Meadow Woods property owners prior to 9/6/2019, have been "grandfathered" by the previous Deed Restrictions and may elect to join the MWPOA.  Property owners 9/6/2019 and later, must join the MWPOA ("mandatory membership').                                                                                                                                                                               Annual dues are currently $330; renters may "join" on an annual basis
                                                                                         
We maintain the common areas, pool, and courts & pay most of the street lights.                                                                                                                                                   
Meadow Woods residents who are not MWPOA members may not use any facilities of MWPOA, even as guests of other Meadow Woods residents.

   Closing related fees:
      Resale Certificate fee: $75
     +  Transfer Admin fee: $75
     +  Capital Improvement Fee (one time fee for new homeowners): $150
​     +  Non-return of Rec Facilities keys by Owner at least 10 days prior to Closing: $50

​Neighborhood Amenities:
Our neighborhood amenities include large lots with mature trees, a great family-friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood association, an oversized swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts.

Our neighborhood lots are oversized, 1/2 - 3/4 acres, and are shaded with mature trees.

Our more sporting members take advantage of the basketball and tennis courts.

Our oversized swimming pool has a depth range from 3' to 9' and holds 110,000 gallons. Our 12'x12' baby pool cools our smallest members. A 16'x24' Sun Shade canopy with a 90+ SPF protects parents and waders, alike.

Our grilling area includes two grills and benches for the cooks' comfort.
