​Property Owners

If you owned your property prior to 9/6/2019, you are a "Grandfathered property owner" and may choose to join the MWPOA.  The contract term is for 3 years, with an auto renew clause.  The contract will be filed with Hays County. 
If you want to cancel your contract, you must submit your intent to cancel the contract, in writing, at least 90 days before the contract renewal date.  Once a contract is canceled, you are still obligated to pay the remainder of the time left on your contract. It simply will not renew at the end of the 3 year period. Your January statement has your renewal date on it.

2025 Annual POA Dues
Dues for the 2024 year are $350.

The following discounts/late fees will apply for regular voluntary and mandatory members:
Pay in full by 1/31: $25 discount.
Pay in full by 2/28: $15 discount.
     POA Dues are due 3/30/2025.  
Pay late by 4/31: $25 late fee.
Pay late by 5/31: $50 late fee.
Pay late by 6/30: $75 late fee.

For grandfathered members ONLY: If you receive a senior, military or disability discount, this should be reflected on your statement; no early pay discount; LATE fees will apply.  Please contact board@mwpoa.com if discount is not reflected.

Pool keys will not be activated until annual POA dues are paid in full and annual Rec Waiver is signed.

If dues are not paid by 4/1 of current year, dues are considered delinquent and late fees will be applied.  If dues remain unpaid, a lien will be filed on 7/1.
