Contact ACC@mwpoa.com for ACC or deed restriction questions. See "dues, bylaws..." tab, Member section, for links to ACC operational procedures and ACC construction request form.
Architectural Control Committees (ACC)
The neighborhood is now controlled by one architectural control committe. The three previous committees ae in the process of being combined into one under the new Deed Restrictions filed 9/6/2019.
Covenants and restrictions for building construction and maintenance can be found on our website under the "more" tab or in the Hays County Public Records. These covenants and restrictions are governed and enforced by the ACC, a permanent standing commitment under MWPOA. Before beginning, all improvements to the property must be approved by the ACC assigned to that section of the subdivision. Until the new ACC structure is established, please contact the Board at Board@mwpoa.com who will forward your email to the appropriate neighbors for action.
The ownership of property (lots) within the subdivision automatically places such property under the control of the ACC. However, the Meadow Woods Property Owners Association by-laws only apply Members: (1)voluntary election to join MWPOA for property lots acquired prior to 9/6/2019 o(2) mandatory member for property lots acquired 9/7/2019 and after.
