Meadow Woods Neighbors

Effective 9/6/2019, the neighborhood has "grandfathered" property owners (lots/homes purchased prior to 9/6/2019) who may choose POA membership AND "mandatory" POA members  (property owners who purchased their lots/homes after 9/6/2019). ​

Our current neighborhood Deed restrictions for ALL Meadow Woods property owners are:

Amended, Restated and Consolidated Declarations of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions for Meadow Woods (Document No. 19031451, Hays County.  Effective 9/6/2019

Meadow Woods Neighbor Information Form- MWPOA requests that all non-members fill out this form and return it to board@mwpoa.com or mail to our PO Box 63 Kyle TX 78640.  This allows us to send out information pertaining to the entire neighborhood as needed.
